10 YEARS OF COAL & CEDAR. We want to throw a big bash for all our hospitality brothers and sisters. Party tunes, drink specials, boogie time!

To add to the entertainment we will run a knockout cocktail tournament. All are welcome to enter, no experience is necessary. Contestants roll dice to select base Spirit, flavour modifier & style, then will face off with 5 minutes to come up with their cocktail. Drinks will be judged on taste & presentation. The winner will go through to the next round. The loser is out!

The winner will receive a prize pack valued at over $600. Prizes also for the best and worst in-show and a bunch of other categories.

Open from 5pm. Competition begins at 8pm. Names for entry must be in by 7.30pm. 16 names will be drawn at random for the competition. If more than 2 entries come from the same venue, they will be redrawn.
